Service Technical Training Department
This department is responsible for developing and updating courseware to train both new and experienced technicians on vehicle repair processes and emerging automotive technologies.
Responsibilities
As an intern in this department, I worked under the head Multimedia Designer to format written content into engaging learning materials, including books and webinar trainings.
Hard Skills Gained
During my internship, I gained valuable hands-on experience with print production and Adobe InDesign, deepening my understanding of layout, typography, and preparing files for print. I also learned how to approach design with a user-first mindset.
Soft Skills Gained
I developed strong collaboration skills by working closely with a team, often jumping on and off various projects and adapting quickly to shifting priorities. I also came to understand the importance of organized file structure and efficient file sharing.
